Regarding Fraudulent Impersonation and Unauthorized Use of TJCF’s Name & Brand

As TJCF continues to grow, we believe it is important to issue this formal statement to our customers, business partners, and the public.

Recently, TJ China Freight (TJCF) has received reports and feedback from customers and partners regarding certain companies and individuals who have been impersonating TJCF, misusing our company name and brand identity, soliciting business in our name, and, in some cases, carrying out suspected fraudulent activities.

Such unauthorized activities have seriously harmed the reputation and legitimate rights and interests of TJCF. More importantly, they may mislead customers and potentially result in financial losses.

To protect the rights and interests of our customers, business partners, and the public, TJ China Freight hereby solemnly declares the following:

Please carefully verify the identity of any person or organization claiming to represent TJ China Freight (TJCF).

Our official TJCF name, logo, and brand identity are legally protected. Any unauthorized use, imitation, reproduction, or impersonation of our brand may constitute an infringement of our legitimate rights.

Please do not trust unofficial websites, communication channels, documents, payment instructions, or individuals claiming to represent TJCF without proper verification.

If you discover any suspected impersonation or unauthorized use of the TJCF name or logo, please report it to us immediately.

As a token of our appreciation, customers or partners who provide verified and useful information regarding such activities may be eligible for special freight discounts from TJCF.

TJCF hereby issues a formal warning to any organization or individual that is currently:

Impersonating TJCF;
Misusing the TJCF name or logo;
Falsely claiming to represent TJCF;
Soliciting business in the name of TJCF without authorization;
Using fraudulent documents, websites, email addresses, or communication accounts associated with our brand; or
Engaging in any activity that infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of TJCF.

You are required to immediately cease all unauthorized and infringing activities and take appropriate measures to eliminate any resulting negative impact.

TJCF reserves the right to preserve and collect relevant evidence of suspected infringement or fraudulent activities.

Where necessary, we may report such activities to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and pursue all available legal remedies, including civil and/or criminal proceedings where applicable.

TJCF reserves all legal rights in connection with such matters.
